Chimney Repair

Construct a Chimney Built to Last

Masonry chimneys are exposed to extreme elements and over time get damaged by the weather. Our specialty is assessing the brick, block, or stonework, assessing its structural integrity, tearing down and rebuilding from where it is necessary. We also specialize in the demolition of chimneys and the installation of custom metal chimney caps.

Parging and Foundation Repair

Protect and Beautify Your Foundation

Keeping the foundation of your home that is above grade protected with a proper application of parging is essential to keeping it protected from the elements and for aesthetic appeal. Whether your parging is falling apart and in need of repair or have a new foundation that needs to be parged, there is no job too small.

Brick Replacement

Brick & Mortar Match are Top Priority

Brickwork exposed to moisture and freeze thaw cycles can cause spalling destroying the face of the brick and its integrity. Our priority is to find the best suitable brick and mortar match to blend in with the existing wall. Using specialty cutting tools the bricks are removed and replaced with new units restoring the brickwork to like-new condition.

Repointing

Improve the Integrity of Existing Masonry

Over-time, mortar exposed to the elements will erode away especially where there is a lot of moisture or where it is susceptible to freeze-thaw cycles. In the event mortar joints begin to deteriorate, it is important to remove the old deteriorated mortar and repoint the joints with new mortar to prevent any further damage that could compromise structural integrity of the masonry.
